Google is developing in a very fast speed. It is driving as well as Apple on the head line of the technology in the word.
After acquiring Quick Office in June last year, Google launched an iPad application. Today, Google has made Quick Office available for the iPhone and Android devices.
“One of the easiest ways to share old files and collaborate with others is to convert them to Google Docs, Sheets and Slides,” Product Manager Mark Beaton said in a blog post.
The app hopes to serve as a universal tool that connects formats of different software like MS Office. “Not everyone you work with has gone Google yet. So to help, Google Apps for Business can already edit Microsoft Office files using Quickoffice on an iPad, and starting today they can do the same on iPhone and Android devices. From Word to Excel to Powerpoint, you can make quick edits at the airport or from the back of a taxi and save and share everything in Google Drive.”
Google has also made it possible for users to sign in with their Google Apps account, thereby giving them quick access to shortcuts for “Shared With Me,” “Starred,” “Recent” and subfolders in a menu. The applicationmakes it extremely easy for users to sort files and find them quickly.
This will be a big news to the world about the Apps of cellphone. And we believe that Google will have a better future in the future.
